Duties and Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, your duties will include:

  • Taking and recording telephone messages.
  • Maintaining and tidying the reception area.
  • Updating telephone directories.
  • Monitoring and safeguarding reception equipment.
  • Reporting faulty equipment.
  • Applying Batho-Pele principles in service delivery.
