Requirements

To qualify for the Skills Development Internships, you must have:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in:
    • Human Resources
    • Industrial Psychology
    • Learning and Development
  • Must not be studying full-time during the programme
  • South African citizen (aged 18–35)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Ability to commute independently

Administration & Operations

  • Provide general administrative support

  • Support reporting and documentation
