  • Assist with payroll audits and risk identification.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with HR regarding payroll deadlines.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries.
  • Coordinate payroll approval processes.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Compile monthly payroll input registers.
  • Report on employee banking changes.
  • Save supporting payroll documents for compliance.

Benefits Administration

  • Process onboarding for medical aid and insurance.
  • Manage offboarding for benefits when staff exit.
  • Assist with disability, death, and ill-health benefit administration.

Minimum Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    • Matric/Grade 12 (Required)
    • Diploma in Administration/HR (Advantage)
    • Certificate in Payroll Administration (Advantage)
  • Experience:
    • 5 years in computerized payroll administration
    • Experience in computerized HR administration
  • Skills:
    • Advanced MS Excel and MS Office proficiency
