Minimum Entry Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 with:
- Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy) – minimum 40%
- Physical Science – minimum 40%
- English – minimum 40%
OR
- N2 or higher with all subjects relevant to the discipline:
- Boilermaker Plater: Plating & Structural Steelwork, Welders Theory, and Plating Structural & Steelwork Drawings.
- Electrical: Electrical Trade Theory / Electrotechnology / Electrotechnics, and Industrial Electronics or Engineering Drawings.
OR
- NCV Level 4 in the relevant trade with all subjects passed at a minimum of 40%.

- Proof of residence (for host community applicants, stamped by relevant tribal office or municipality)
