The CEF In-Service Internship provides exposure in HR Management, Public Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Financial Management, and Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Electrical).
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be South African citizens aged 16–25
- Hold a Matric certificate
- Have completed an N6 qualification in one of the following:
- HR Management
- Public Administration
- Business Management
- Supply Chain/Logistics
- Financial Management
- Chemical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
- Submit an official letter from your institution verifying that you have completed the theoretical part of your studies and are required to undergo in-service training.
- Not be enrolled in any other in-service training or internship programme
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in a structured professional environment
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with daily departmental tasks relevant to the field of study
- Participate in projects and operational activities
