Job Overview

The CEF In-Service Internship provides exposure in HR Management, Public Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Financial Management, and Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Electrical).

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be South African citizens aged 16–25
  • Hold a Matric certificate
  • Have completed an N6 qualification in one of the following:
    • HR Management
    • Public Administration
    • Business Management
    • Supply Chain/Logistics
    • Financial Management
    • Chemical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
  • Submit an official letter from your institution verifying that you have completed the theoretical part of your studies and are required to undergo in-service training.
  • Not be enrolled in any other in-service training or internship programme

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and multitask
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a structured professional environment

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily departmental tasks relevant to the field of study
  • Participate in projects and operational activities
