The YES Programme Internship allows participants to work in departments such as Customer Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, Mechanical Engineering, SHE, Communications, Learning & Rewards, and Culinary support.

Minimum Requirements

  • South African citizen, aged 18–34 years
  • Currently unemployed and not studying full-time
  • Completed Matric/Grade 12 certificate
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications advantageous
  • Should not have more than 2 years’ work experience
  • Commitment to complete the 12-month programme
  • Must not have completed a YES Programme previously
  • Strong academic record, computer literacy, communication skills, and teamwork ability

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support daily tasks across assigned business functions
