Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the Future Leaders Development Programme 2026, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Hold a relevant Bachelor’s Degree or BTech qualification
- Have a minimum average of 65%
- Have completed studies recently (within the last year)
- Not have more than 1 year of formal full-time work experience (excluding internships or work-integrated learning)
- Possess a valid South African driver’s license
- Be willing to relocate throughout the programme
- Have full work authorization for South Africa
Knowledge & Skills Required

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Participants in the Future Leaders Development Programme 2026 will:
- Rotate across multiple departments within your chosen discipline

- Build leadership capacity through structured coaching
Available Internships streams include:
- Human Resources: BCom HR or Industrial Psychology
- Customer Marketing: BCom Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship
- Finance (CA(SA) Stream): BCom Accounting or equivalent
- Supply Chain: BCom Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Engineering: BSc/BEng in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
