Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification (compulsory).
  • Post-matric qualification (advantageous).
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration (advantageous).
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As part of the Discovery Administrator Jobs, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing customer service to direct clients — handling queries such as policy updates, beneficiary details, premium changes, and dispatching policy documents.
  • Assisting clients and financial advisors with credit control queries including payment arrangements, statements, and refunds.
  • Managing customer complaints and escalating them to the team leader or manager when necessary.
  • Supporting financial advisors with guidance on funeral policy procedures.
  • Preparing, maintaining, and distributing weekly, monthly, and daily reports to advisors and franchises.
  • Ensuring accurate recordkeeping and maintenance of prescribed statistics and reports.
