Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification (compulsory).
- Post-matric qualification (advantageous).
- Previous experience in customer service or administration (advantageous).
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the Discovery Administrator Jobs, you will be responsible for:
- Providing customer service to direct clients — handling queries such as policy updates, beneficiary details, premium changes, and dispatching policy documents.
- Assisting clients and financial advisors with credit control queries including payment arrangements, statements, and refunds.
- Managing customer complaints and escalating them to the team leader or manager when necessary.
- Supporting financial advisors with guidance on funeral policy procedures.
- Preparing, maintaining, and distributing weekly, monthly, and daily reports to advisors and franchises.
- Ensuring accurate recordkeeping and maintenance of prescribed statistics and reports.
