Minimum Requirements
- Completed Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
- South African citizen, aged 18–34
- Must be unemployed and not enrolled in studies for 2026
- Must not have participated in the YES Programme before
- Full-time availability for 12 months
- Interest in transport and logistics industry
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Self-reliant, accountable, and responsible
- Determined and committed
- Basic computer literacy
- Punctual and professional
- Proficient in English
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Fully participate in the 12-month YES Programme 2025
- Complete 25 theoretical and practical modules on the YES Platform
- Build and submit a portfolio of evidence upon programme completion
- Gain hands-on experience in warehousing, transport, and supply chain management
- Apply theoretical learning in real workplace tasks under supervision
Important Notes
- Full-time participation for 12 months is required
- Programme aligns with government youth employment initiatives
- Only candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be considered
