Minimum Requirements
To qualify for Hollard’s Unemployed Learnerships, applicants must:
- Be South African citizens, aged 18–25
- Completed Matric / Grade 12
- Passed English (60%+) and one additional language
- Passed Mathematics (50%) or Maths Literacy (60%+)
- Not currently studying or registered in another learnership program
- Have not previously participated in a formal learnership in the insurance industry
- Be currently unemployed or not employed in a corporate environment for more than 6 months
- Computer literacy is an advantage
