Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the Yes 4 Youth 2025 VW programme, applicants must:

  • Hold a Matric certificate (English & Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy essential)
  • Be South African citizens, aged 18–29 years
  • Be unemployed and BBBEE candidates
  • Have a valid Code 08 driver’s license (advantageous)
  • Hold a valid Forklift/Reach Truck license (advantageous)
  • Submit the following: CV, certified copy of ID, and certified copy of Matric certificate

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Yes 4 Youth 2025 VW initiative, you will:

  • Operate equipment safely and report any defects promptly
  • Accurately record and report merchandise non-conformities
  • Perform loading, offloading, and delivery tasks as allocated

  • Work according to safe practices and procedures
