Requirements
To qualify for the Tradesman Aid Jobs, applicants should have:

Key Responsibilities
- Provide manual labour support for agricultural infrastructure projects
- Prepare construction sites and access roads
- Handle construction tools, materials, and equipment
- Assist with welding activities
- Plant posts and install fencing materials
- Construct concrete and other infrastructure structures
- Spray herbicides to control vegetation growth
- Cut grass and maintain office and camp surroundings
- Maintain storage facilities, buildings, and gardens
- Assist with organising construction yards
- Maintain, clean, and safeguard tools, equipment, vehicles, and machinery
- Rehabilitate construction sites after project completion
- Assist with repairs and emergency breakdowns, including after-hours work
- Load and offload construction materials and equipment
- Ensure correct loading, storage, and securing of cargo
- Support stocktaking and maintain records of equipment and materials
- Comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements
