Requirements
To qualify for the Admin Clerk Jobs, applicants should have:
- National Higher Certificate or Diploma (NQF Level 5) with no experience OR
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) with 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Valid Code 8 driver’s licence
- Preference will be given to applicants residing within the jurisdiction of the relevant Traditional Council

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings between Traditional Councils and stakeholders
- Arrange and coordinate Traditional Council meetings
- Provide secretarial support during meetings
- Promote cooperative governance between Traditional Councils and municipalities
- Facilitate community participation in Integrated Development Plans (IDPs)
- Coordinate Traditional Council participation in policy and by-law development
- Organise meetings between Traditional Councils and local communities
- Promote compliance with legislation and departmental policies
- Manage financial administration, including cash management and financial reports
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems for Traditional Councils
