Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, actively seeking new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain store appearance, replenish stock, and ensure all products are presented attractively.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Navigate customer challenges and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Follow quality standards, compliance procedures, and continuously improve store processes.
