Minimum Requirements

  • Matriculation/Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
  • Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles, Departmental policies, Treasury Regulations, and standard office procedures.
  • Experience in administrative support, finance, and HR management is advantageous.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal relations and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in office software.
  • Analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Render Supply Chain Management functions within the Labour Centre daily.
  • Provide finance and office management services to support Labour Centre operations.
  • Support human resource management, including training, performance monitoring, and staff development activities.
  • Maintain and manage records, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and standards.
  • Assist with administrative processes to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
  • Support management in executing daily operational and strategic objectives of the Labour Centre.
