Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 / ABET qualification.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Basic knowledge of clerical, administrative, and messenger services.
Knowledge & Skills Required

- Customer service orientation.
- Self-management and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to efficiently perform messenger and driver duties.
- Technical proficiency in routine clerical tasks.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide driver and messenger support services for departmental operations.
- Collect, sort, and distribute correspondence, mail, and parcels to offices.
- Retrieve documents from government institutions and deliver them safely.
- Transport departmental officials to various destinations in a timely manner.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, document handling, and records management.
- Ensure proper handling and security of sensitive documents.
