  • Salary: R193,359 – R227,359 per annum

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 10 / ABET qualification.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Basic knowledge of clerical, administrative, and messenger services.

  • Self-management and teamwork capabilities.
  • Ability to efficiently perform messenger and driver duties.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide driver and messenger support services for departmental operations.
  • Collect, sort, and distribute correspondence, mail, and parcels to offices.
  • Retrieve documents from government institutions and deliver them safely.
  • Transport departmental officials to various destinations in a timely manner.
  • Provide clerical support, including filing, document handling, and records management.
  • Ensure proper handling and security of sensitive documents.
