Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Receptionist General Administration posts, applicants must have:
- Matric (Grade 12) or NCV Level 4
- Strong client orientation and customer focus
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Telephone etiquette
Key Performance Areas
As a Receptionist General Administration, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and directing telephone calls, messages, and visitors
- Maintaining a telephone database and visitor register
- Welcoming, receiving, and guiding students, guests, and clients professionally
- Answering queries and directing technical questions to faculty experts
- Distributing college prospectuses and providing course information
- Operating office equipment (fax, photocopiers, printers)
- Maintaining and organizing filing systems in the front office
- Printing and issuing telephone accounts, allocating pin codes, and keeping call records
- Liaising with internal and external personnel
