 Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Phlebotomy Learnership 2026, applicants must:

  • Have Grade 12 with:
    • A minimum of 50% in Life Sciences or 60% in Human and Biological Sciences
    • Mathematics ≥ 40% or Mathematical Literacy ≥ 60%
  • Be a South African citizen with a valid ID
  • Be fluent in English and understand basic Afrikaans
  • Be aged between 18 and 35
  • Have no criminal record
  • Be willing to work shifts and after hours

  • Engage in administrative and clerical lab duties
  • Follow lab safety, medical ethics, and privacy protocols
  • Complete all practical assessments and theoretical exams
