Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate (National Senior Certificate)
- Clear criminal record
- Reside within 15km of the Polokwane Central area
- Own a smartphone (Vodacom SIM required)
- Willingness to work weekends, late shifts, overtime, and flexible hours
- English proficiency for communication
- Basic understanding of retail or merchandising
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stock, price, and maintain products accurately
- Visual merchandising and store layout planning
- Customer service and product advice skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile devices
- Reporting and documentation skills
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Stock Management: Count, document, and organize stock, including off-loading from trucks
- Visual Merchandising: Design attractive displays, plan layouts, and implement store signage
- Product Maintenance: Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and remove old or damaged items
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to meet business objectives
- Customer Service: Assist customers, answer queries, and resolve complaints
- Store Maintenance: Keep store and storeroom areas clean, organized, and clutter-free
Key Deliverables: Accurate stock records, well-maintained displays, effective teamwork, excellent customer service, and clean store areas.

- Previous merchandising experience or similar retail background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks
- Experience with multiple in-house brands is an advantage
