Minimum Requirements

Candidates for the Logistics Clerk position must meet the following requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Previous experience in logistics, administration, or office support (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transport (advantageous)
  • Clear criminal record with no pending cases
  • Reside within the West Rand area (preferred)

  • Manage incoming and outgoing postage and courier services for timely document and materials delivery
  • Maintain and organize the archive system for easy retrieval and secure storage
  • Oversee the bookstore or internal learning material repository, issuing materials and tracking returns
  • Order and manage stock levels of stationery, training manuals, and consumables
  • Monitor inventory and liaise with suppliers for timely replenishment
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions and supplies
  • Support administrative teams to ensure smooth delivery of training programmes
  • Assist in preparing logistical reports for management
  • Uphold organizational policies and standards in all logistics activities
