The Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ) Internships Programme 2025–2026 offers unemployed South African graduates and TVET learners a unique opportunity to gain practical workplace experience in Administration, Legal, and Public Management roles across national and provincial courts. Generic Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be unemployed and not have previously participated in the OCJ Internships Programme.
- Must have no criminal convictions or pending cases.
- Must provide certified copies of: Matric certificate, academic transcripts (qualifications with 360/480 credits as recognised by SAQA), academic record, and ID when shortlisted.
- Candidates applying outside their area of residence must secure accommodation and transport.
- Applicants must be available for assessments and interviews as scheduled by the Department.
- Foreign qualifications must be evaluated by SAQA.
- Applications must use the new Z83 form with an updated CV; incomplete or old forms will be disqualified.
