Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service and Sales
- Welcome customers and assist with product selection
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Promote available payment options including PAYFLEX, PJN and Happy Pay
- Represent the GALXBOY brand professionally at all times
Visual Merchandising
- Maintain product displays according to company standards
- Steam, tag, price, hang, fold and replenish merchandise
- Ensure products are presented attractively and correctly
- Follow visual merchandising guidelines
Stock Control
- Maintain an organised and clean stockroom
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Communicate best-selling and fast-moving products to management
- Ensure products are stored correctly and easily accessible
Daily Operations
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system
- Handle cash, card and alternative payment methods
- Follow attendance and scheduling procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards
- Support overall store operations and team objectives
