The Local Government Sector Education and Training Authority (LGSETA), established under the Skills Development Act No. 97 of 1998, invites enthusiastic graduates to participate in their Graduate Internships Programme. This programme is designed to provide young professionals with practical experience and skills development in the local government sector.

- Stipend: R10 000 per month

Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for the LGSETA Graduate Internships Programme, applicants must:
- Have a Matric certificate.
- Hold a 3 or 4-year degree or Advanced Diploma in the relevant discipline.
- Be computer literate (MS Office required; MS Project is an advantage in some disciplines).
- Be a South African citizen under 25 years of age.
- Have no prior internship or work experience in the chosen field of study.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be willing to enter into a 24-month internship contract.
- Demonstrate strong organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
