Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the Mercedes-Benz Graduate Programme 2026:
- A South African citizen.
- Recently graduated within the last 3 years.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification with a minimum average of 65%.
- Grade 12 (Matric certificate) is required.
- Recently qualified graduates with a Diploma (NQF Level 6), Degree, or Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 7) or an equivalent qualification.
Graduates from the following careers streams:
- Information Technology or Computer Sciences
- Accounting or Financial Management
- Business Studies (Marketing & Sales related)
- Business Management (Business Processes / Project Management / Business Administration / Banking / Cost & Management / Customs / Tax)
- Logistics Management
