The Eskom YES Learnership 2025 is a 12-month contract designed to equip young South Africans with critical workplace experience in the energy sector.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Eskom YES Learnership, you must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 34 years old
- Have Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification/post-matric programme
- Be unemployed and not currently studying full-time
- Not have participated in any previous YES programme
- Not have been employed permanently by a single employer for more than 1 year

- Follow structured daily work routines and contribute to departmental tasks
- Comply with YES programme rules and complete the 12-month contract
