The Absa Learnership 2025 presents a rare opportunity for motivated and unemployed South African graduates aged 18–30. This 12-month program is designed to give you practical work experience in Absa’s Home Loans Sales and Service Enablement departments.

Position Details

Absa Bank Limited is offering a structured Absa Learnership that combines academic training and real-world workplace exposure. Selected learners will receive a monthly stipend while gaining critical banking and customer service skills.

The goal is to empower young professionals who are passionate about financial services, customer care, and technology.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Absa Learnership, candidates must:

  • Be a South African citizen or permanent resident
  • Fall within the 18–30 age range
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Not be registered in any other learnership, internship, or study program
  • Hold a recognized higher education qualification at NQF Level 7 or equivalent (such as a completed degree)
  • Be proficient in English
  • Be computer literate
  • Be a team player and self-motivated
