The Customer Services Learnership provides a structured environment for learners to gain exposure to Bayport’s customer care processes and business operations.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Customer Services Learnership, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Matric (Grade 12) or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
  • No previous work experience required.
  • Must be currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other educational programme at the time of application.
  • Between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • A passion for assisting people in financial distress and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Knowledge & Skills Required

To succeed in the Customer Services Learnership, applicants should have the following skills and qualities:
