Role Purpose
The Client Service Administrator Learnership is designed for young, dynamic individuals who are unemployed and eager to grow their careers in client services. Successful candidates will gain an NQF Level 4 qualification in Long-term Insurance (INSETA recognised) while receiving practical experience in client-facing processes.
Completion of this programme opens pathways into careers such as Pension Fund Administrator, Service Consultant, and Client Service Administrator.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants for the Client Service Administrator Learnership must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizen, aged 18–25 years (including those turning 25 in 2026).
- Matric/Grade 12 with:
- English (compulsory).
- Mathematics (Pure or Literacy) or Accounting.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Must be unemployed and not currently committed to any other learnership.
- Must not have participated in a previous learnership.
- Applications must include a certified copy of ID and Matric results.
