Minimum Requirements

  • Managing cash flow and ensuring till balances remain accurate.
  • Processing payments (cash, cards, vouchers, coupons, etc.).
  • Handling loyalty card transactions from partners like Discovery Health Care, Momentum Multiply, and eBucks.
  • Managing refunds and returns when authorised.
  • Monitoring customer turnover and supporting sales promotions.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to company security policies.
  • Scanning and verifying all outgoing goods.
  • Reporting suspicious activities to management immediately.
  • Communicating with professionalism using the 5-star service approach.
