The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking highly motivated candidates for the role of Administrative Assistant: Verification and Validation in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. As an Administrative Assistant: Verification and Validation, you will ensure that all claims submitted are valid, legitimate, and compliant with RAF standards. This role plays a vital part in safeguarding claim integrity and supporting effective stakeholder communication.

Minimum Requirements

  • NQF 4 (Matric / Grade 12) qualification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant office experience.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Interrogate claims and supporting documents to prevent errors.
  • Perform general office administration tasks as required.
