Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this Afrimat Learnerships, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be unemployed
- Updated CV
- Certified copy of ID
- Certified copy of Grade 12 (Matric) certificate

- Candidates will undergo suitability checks, including qualifications, employment, and criminal records

Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the Afrimat Learnerships, learners will be expected to:
- Assist with inspection, maintenance, and repair of diesel engines and mechanical systems
- Learn how to diagnose faults using diagnostic tools
- Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and wiring
- Learn to assemble, fit, and repair machinery and mechanical components
- Maintain pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and valves
- Assist in fabricating and assembling structural metal components
