Requirements
To qualify for the Work Integrated Learner Jobs, applicants should have:
- Diploma in Transport Management, Logistics Management or a related qualification
- Initial work experience in transport reconciliation, stock management or a related field (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile fuel deliveries using SAP and scheduling systems
- Validate transport transactions and stock movements
- Record transport stock movements accurately
- Follow up with transport contractors regarding delivery queries
- Process transport documentation during contingency operations
- Support Bulk Vehicle Operators with onboard computer usage
- Monitor transport losses, gains and key performance indicators
- Investigate reconciliation discrepancies
- Maintain transport documentation and records
- Respond to transport stock queries promptly
- Ensure document management procedures are followed
- Support transport reconciliation and operational reporting
