Job Overview
The Value Group Unemployed Learnerships 2026–2027 aim to improve access to education and skills development for unemployed youth. Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Unemployed Learnerships 2026–2027, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be between 21 and 29 years old
- Be currently unemployed
- Hold a Matric Certificate with a minimum 50% pass rate
- Be a South African citizen
- Be willing to commit to a full 12-month learnership programme

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00, with possible overtime
- Complete literacy and numeracy assessments
- Prepare for and write the EISA examination at the end of the programme
- Apply theoretical knowledge to real-world logistics and supply chain tasks

- A panel-based face-to-face interview will form part of the recruitment process
- Criminal background checks will be conducted
- A monthly stipend will be provided to assist with travel to the assigned site
- Learners must successfully complete all assessments to obtain the qualification
