Minimum Requirements
Candidates applying for Human Resources Internships must have:
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful intern will support the HR team in the following areas:
- Compile and maintain training records, attendance registers, and learner databases
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions, including logistics and communication
- Prepare documentation for SETA submissions (Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports)
- Track learnerships, internships, and bursary programs
- Support BBBEE Skills Development scorecard evidence collection
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) or training spreadsheets
- Follow up with employees and training providers to ensure accurate reporting
- Assist in training audits and reporting requirements
- Support awareness campaigns related to learning, development, and transformation
- Draft employment contracts and other administrative HR tasks
- Create clock cards for new employees
- Ensure leave forms and terminations for wages staff are sent to payroll on time
