Requirements
To qualify for the Santam Learnerships 2026, applicants should have:
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Minimum 50% for English and a Second Language
- Minimum 40% for Mathematics OR 60% for Mathematical Literacy
- South African citizenship
- Be unemployed
- Be between 18 and 28 years old
- No more than 1 year work experience
- Must not be studying at another institution during the learnership
- Must not have completed a Short-Term Insurance Learnership through INSETA
