Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Retail Operations Learnership 2025, you must meet the following:

  • Be a South African citizen, aged 18–35.
  • Have completed Grade 12 with communication and maths literacy at NQF Level 2.
  • Be currently unemployed and not studying.
  • Be eager to gain workplace experience and commit to a 12-month programme.
  • Be available for both theory and practical in-store training.
  • Successfully complete a pre-assessment process (if applicable).
