Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Grounds and Garden Maintenance

  • Maintain road markings
  • Clean signs and light fittings
  • Sweep driveways and surrounding areas
  • Unblock drains and ensure proper water flow

General Duties

  • Empty and clean waste bins
  • Load and offload furniture when required
  • Maintain and care for tools (cleaning, oiling, sharpening)
  • Repair minor defects on furniture and equipment
  • Detect and report faulty gardening tools and equipment
