Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Grounds and Garden Maintenance
- Perform irrigation and watering of plants and lawns
- Weed, prune, and trim plants
- Cut, seed, and mow lawns
- Dispose of organic waste properly
Infrastructure Maintenance
- Maintain road markings
- Clean signs and light fittings
- Sweep driveways and surrounding areas
- Unblock drains and ensure proper water flow
General Duties
- Empty and clean waste bins
- Load and offload furniture when required
- Maintain and care for tools (cleaning, oiling, sharpening)
- Repair minor defects on furniture and equipment
- Detect and report faulty gardening tools and equipment
