Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the PnP Clothing Learnership, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen aged between 18–35 years.
- Hold a Matric / Grade 12 qualification (with Communication and Maths Literacy at NQF Level 2).
- Be unemployed and not enrolled in studies.
- Commit to completing the full 12-month programme.
- Be able to attend both classroom sessions and in-store practical training.
- Have completed the pre-assessment process (where applicable).

- Support the store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Apply knowledge from accredited training to real-world retail operations.
