Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the NOC Surveillance Agent position, you must meet the following:

  • Matric (Grade 12) qualification
  • N4 in Electrical Engineering (N6 preferred)
  • Experience in a Service Desk, NOC, or Telecommunications environment
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work shifts and respond on short notice
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport (preferred)

  • Perform remote troubleshooting to resolve issues before dispatch
  • Manage and track fault tickets from initiation to closure
  • Dispatch tasks intelligently based on fault type and severity
  • Maintain service uptime by minimizing on-site interventions
  • Update stakeholders with ticket statuses and incident resolutions
  • Ensure SLA compliance through proactive fault management
  • Validate and approve access requests for authorized personnel
  • Handle security-related incidents and escalate as needed
  • Support automation efforts and drive process efficiency
