Key Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Ster-Kinekor products, promotions, and specials to effectively upsell to guests.
- Ensure cinema presentation standards are always met — posters, disclaimers, and display materials must be current and neat.
- Prepare food and beverages (popcorn, slush, etc.) according to quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in all cinema areas, including counters, storerooms, and kitchen spaces.
- Assist in shift preparation and support operations as required.
- Uphold Ster-Kinekor’s brand image through professionalism and customer care.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and uniform requirements.
- Ensure all H&S reports are completed and submitted on time.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Ster-Kinekor Multi Skilled Employee role, candidates must have:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 0 – 1 year’s experience in a similar position (e.g., cashier, waiter, or retail role)
- Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of VISTA systems (advantageous)
