Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Messenger Job post, applicants must have:
- Grade 10 or ABET Level 2 certificate.
- Grade 12 will be an added advantage.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A Public Driving Permit (PDP) will serve as an advantage.

- Computer literacy (MS Office basics).
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving ability.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful Messenger Job will be responsible for:
- Collecting post from the Post Office and distributing it to various offices.
- Delivering urgent or hand-delivered files/post to relevant offices.
- Handling outgoing post/files and delivering them to the Post Office or other offices.
- Driving court vehicles and transporting officials as required.
- Maintaining registers of distribution and safeguarding all correspondence.
- Performing general office assistant tasks as needed.
