Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Learnership Programme 2025, applicants must:

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Draw stock requirements and check product quality on shelves
- Monitor stock rotation, price tags, and vintage dates
- Execute merchandising activities according to cycle briefs
- Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
- Record merchandising activities accurately
- Communicate product knowledge and promotions effectively
- Execute calls as per the call cycle plan
- Report out-of-stock products to the RSM
