Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the lease filing system
- Prepare monthly lease renewal schedules and master lease spreadsheets
- Liaise with major landlords and maintain professional relationships
- Prepare and maintain property management reports
- Assist the Group Legal Advisor with property-related matters
- Prepare new site information packs for the Store Planning and Design Department
- Administer property management contracts in accordance with company policies
- Provide accurate property reports and legal documentation
- Keep management informed on property management activities
- Conduct monthly utility spend analysis with the Finance Department
- Track tenant installation allowance payments and follow up where necessary
- Manage diary schedules, invoicing and lease-related administration
