  • Maintain and manage the lease filing system
  • Prepare monthly lease renewal schedules and master lease spreadsheets
  • Liaise with major landlords and maintain professional relationships
  • Prepare and maintain property management reports
  • Assist the Group Legal Advisor with property-related matters
  • Prepare new site information packs for the Store Planning and Design Department
  • Administer property management contracts in accordance with company policies
  • Provide accurate property reports and legal documentation
  • Keep management informed on property management activities
  • Conduct monthly utility spend analysis with the Finance Department
  • Track tenant installation allowance payments and follow up where necessary
  • Manage diary schedules, invoicing and lease-related administration
