Key Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the ICT Internships Program, the successful candidate will:
- Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of computer hardware and applications
- Log and classify ICT incidents and ensure timely resolution
- Provide user support and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Assist with ICT documentation, change requests, and release tracking
- Maintain electronic and paper-based ICT documentation
- Support ICT team members in coordinating project-related activities
- Attend ICT meetings, take notes, and assist with meeting logistics
- Liaise with ICT service providers and external stakeholders
- Collect and organise data for ICT audits and compliance
- Update ICT procedures, manuals, risk registers, and asset registers
- Assist with preparing monthly ICT operational reports and budget tracking
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or line manager
