Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and process production and stock movements on Oracle systems
  • Record all stock transactions accurately and on time
  • Balance and reconcile stock against shift reports
  • Conduct daily stock counts and reconciliations
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and report variances
  • Prepare, label, and stretch-wrap pallets
  • Ensure compliance and traceability documentation accompanies pallets
  • Assist with receiving, staging, movement, and dispatch of stock
  • Complete production and stock control documentation
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
  • Assist with stock audits and inventory investigations
  • Support production teams with operational duties
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management
