Position Details

- Reporting To: Human Resources Business Partners

Minimum Requirements
- N6/National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any equivalent qualification.
- No previous work experience required.
Key Performance Areas & Functional Outputs
Recruitment
- Handle responses to job applications and create shortlisting spreadsheets.
- Coordinate shortlisting and interview sessions with HRBPs.
- Issue regret letters to unsuccessful candidates.
- Prepare onboarding packs and open new personnel files.
Training and Development
- Facilitate bursary application processes and capture information in the Master Training Plan.
- Verify supporting evidence, compile bursary packs, and draft submissions for review.
Sage 300 People Payroll and Leave
- Assist with third-party payment preparation.
- Distribute HR correspondence and reset employee passwords.
- Verify payroll information and monitor pending leave approvals.
Performance Management
- Ensure employee participation in the Performance Cycle as per PMDS Policy.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes.
General Administration
- Bind and prepare meeting documents.
- Support HR with photocopying, filing, and organizing CVs.
- Coordinate HR departmental meetings.
