Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Accounting Support
- Record and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions
- Assist with intercompany billing and invoice tracking
- Use ERP platforms to support documentation and financial coding
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
2. Admin and Finance Ops
- Reconcile petty cash and company credit card transactions
- Help with archiving, contract summaries, and updating exchange rates
- Perform data entry and support daily finance operations
3. Project Finance Support
- Assist with financial tracking for ongoing business and engineering projects
- Support the preparation of project-related purchase orders
- Participate in document control and ERP workflow processes
4. Reporting & Data Analysis
- Update weekly financial trackers and assist in report creation
- Support dashboard development using Power BI
- Contribute to budget analysis and monitoring of cost variances
- Learn from senior finance staff and get involved in basic forecasting tasks
