Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Engineering Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following:
Option 1: Matric / Grade 12 with:
- Mathematics (NOT Maths Literacy) – Minimum 40%
- Physical Science – Minimum 40%
- English – Minimum 40%
OR Option 2: N3 Certificate with subjects relevant to the specific trade:
- Boilermaker: Plating & Structural Steelwork / Welders Theory / Drawings
- Electrical: Electrical Trade Theory / Electrotechnology / Industrial Electronics / Engineering Drawings
OR Option 3:
- NCV Level 4 in the relevant trade – Minimum 40% per subject
