1. Inspector: Inspection and Enforcement Services
- Salary: R269 499 per annum
- Location: Bellville & Oudtshoorn, Western Cape

- Requirements:
- Three-year qualification (NQF6) in Labour Relations/BCOM Law/LLB
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Labour Relations Act, Skills Development Act, BCEA, UIA, UICA, Employment Equity Act
- Planning, facilitation, problem-solving
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Verbal & written communication, interviewing, analytical skills
- Duties:
- Conduct occupational inspections to ensure compliance
- Execute investigations on reported labour legislation contraventions
- Perform proactive blitz inspections regularly
- Conduct advocacy campaigns on allocated labour legislation
- Assist in drafting inspection plans, reports, and statistics
