Position Details

Post 1: Wage Administrator – Ref No: DCOG-WA

  • Salary: R228 321 per annum (Level 05)
  • Location:Pretoria

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • No experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Generic Competencies: Quality of work, Initiative, Reliability, Teamwork, Communication, Planning and Execution
  • Technical Competencies: Data management administration, EPWP/CWP MIS, Public Finance Management Act, Payroll system

Duties:

  • Verify personal information of new and existing CWP participants
  • Confirm payment information and submit for approval
  • Liaise with site management on outstanding or incorrect data
  • Follow up on payments, rejections, and resubmissions
  • Handle wage payment queries and deactivate ineligible participants

Post 2: Security Officer – Ref No: DCOG-SO

  • Salary: R163 680 per annum (Level 03)
  • Location : Pretoria

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • PSIRA Grade C registration
  • No experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Other: Basic Security Officer Training
  • Generic Competencies: Quality of work, Initiative, Reliability, Teamwork, Communication, Interpersonal Relations
  • Technical Competencies: National security policies, MISS Act, Access control, Relevant emergency procedures

Duties:

  • Ensure effective access control
  • Patrol and monitor premises
  • Maintain accurate and complete security registers
